About the Role:

Responsibilities:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, Your ‘day to day’


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • The candidate would be responsible for sustaining and growing the industry vertical with P&L responsibilities.
  • Good at leading the Sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of customers.
  • Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the industry and ensuring its execution.
  • Strategizing and executing all account-related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activation.
  • The person should have led the operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360-degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.
  • Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
  • Responsible for managing the team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from top-tiered management Institutes (IIMs, FMS, MDI, ISB etc.) (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative Sales. Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.
  • Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, Business acumen.


Educational Background: 

  • Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
  • Work Experience: Documentation experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Excellent eye for details, process-orientation and business acumen
