Role Overview

 

We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company growth as we build a diverse and high-performance team. You will partner closely with our Executives and Team Leaders, enabling us to attract and hire top talent as we grow quickly.  


Responsibilities


  • Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team by leading training, mentoring, HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Directly interact with the customer having phenomenal Stakeholder Management skills
  • Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples ask
  • Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Employee Relations- Serve as primary point of contact for managers and associates in actively responding to and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations based on findings/facts.
  • Employee Retention - Responsible for recommending retention strategies to the Manager and implementing them across organization.
  • Responsible for driving Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Assists with design, implementation and administration of employee engagement activities and programs from onboarding to exit.
  • Conduct onboarding, new employee orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is processed correctly.
  • Manage and administer rewards & recognition programs.
  • Manage and drive employee onboarding and exit process.
  • Drives programs that embed health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
  • Assess Training Needs through connect with employees or consultations with managers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources
  • At least 2-4 years of related, progressive HR Partner experience, including employee relations, employee engagement, employee grievances, performance management, recruitment and training and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling decks, presentations, executive reports etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and Business Leaders.
  • Possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
