Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare communication materials for field sales such as leaflets, presentations, and product features for customers.
  • Conduct online and offline activities to increase awareness of product offerings amongst target customers. Coordinate with the COE Team for execution.
  • Increase conversion and wallet expansion to increase revenue multifold.
  • Define customer journey on the platform and ensure communication is sent based on customer behaviour. Improve customer journey on the platform.
  • Segment customers based on behaviour, size, geography and devise strategy and communication plan to target customers.
  • Utilize the right channels to drive conversion and improve retention of the target segment.


Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B company (preferably app or similar tech).
  • Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Proficient in using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads.
  • The incumbent needs to be organized and structured but can be flexible to the fast-paced environment of a startup like ours.
  • A hands-on type who'll get into the weeds of things to deliver tangible results.
  • Someone with a track record helping app businesses launch products and improving post-install KPIs such as retention and revenue.
  • This role is perfect for someone who's already worked on product marketing strategies in the past but wants more ownership of what it looks like end-to-end.
  • Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Strong time management and project management skills
