What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients (>$50M turnover) across industries.
- Pitch Cogoport’s end-to-end logistics platform to decision-makers (Heads of Logistics, CXOs, Supply Chain Directors).
- Execute the entire sales lifecycle — from lead mapping and stakeholder alignment to RFQ, pricing, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage complex deal structures and coordinate with internal pricing and ops teams to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth handoff to Key Account Management and continuously explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Actively contribute to refining the enterprise sales playbook and customer segmentation strategy.
Success Metrics
- Monthly/Quarterly revenue contribution from new enterprise accounts
- Win ratio on RFQs submitted (target ≥ 35%)
- Contract conversion cycle time from lead to closure
- Retention and satisfaction score of onboarded accounts
- % of target achieved through upsell or multi-shipment engagement
Who You Are
- MBA from reputed institutions (Engineering or Logistics background is a plus)
- 4–6 years of experience in consultative or solution-based enterprise sales
- Familiarity with global supply chain workflows and international shipping terms (advantageous)
- Excellent in complex deal negotiation, value selling, and multi-stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Passionate, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and curiosity to learn
