About the Role:
We're looking for a finance associate who is a self-starter, change agent, and exceptional problem solver. As a member of this function, you will be the custodian of the Profit and Loss, and you will help develop processes and best practices, ultimately setting the bar for how we operate as a company.

Responsibilities:
You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a Finance Associate:
· Identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L and Working capital (leading identification and execution of the cash flow opportunities.
· Manage Business development activities according to the financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue.
· Take overall responsibility of the P&L of the company – identification, analysis and execution of the growth plan such as revenue generation, margin improvement through cost out initiatives and efficient pricing as well as delivering profitability targets.
· Develop incentive plans for the sales and manage the pay-outs – Coordinate with operations, sakes, Customer service teams to supervise and support in business operations effectively.
· Assist in the finalization of cohort bookings, refunds and revenue
· Inspect and approve all vendor contracts – Coordinating with the finance controller to manage tax issues
· Define standards and procedures for revenue and other expenses in the company
· Participating in budgeting processes
· Monitor and drive business performance
· Process Adherence: Ensure that the team complies with the policies, procedures, standards, and SOPs set up by the company with the objective of maximizing the team productivity and quality enhancement with lean methodology.
· Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of the portfolio of products and services.
· Lead and develop product roadmap for all products in conjunction with the team and relevant stakeholders.
· Work collaborately with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services.
· Create, track and measure the product metrics and take action based on the outcomes / results.
· Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level.
· Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the team along with strategic input into the company’s business plan.
· Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements.
Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Finance Graduate / Chartered Accountant / alike courses / MBA from a Recognized University or Institute with major in finance.
· Work Experience: 0 - 5 years of experience in Finance matters. 2+ years of experience in Logistics domain is a plus.
· Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
· Knowledge of various analytical tools & techniques (SQL + Any data visualization tool) is a plus.
Skill-set:
· Eye and drive for executing Continuous improvement
· Change agent who is able to initiate and manage change.
· Ability to follow defined procedures and standards while learning new tasks, assignments, and processes.
· Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
