We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities. The procurement manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely services. Roles And Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with key vendors
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
4+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
